La Barre des Ecrins & le Glacier Blanc with blue thermals from d’Aspres.
April the 14th, top of climb 4500m; and the 15th, 4000m while flying a 284km FAI triangle! Great :-).

April the 15th, I took off only at noon, regarding the weather forecast the flying conditions should only be « medium »…
But eventually it was a great day (I mean a 300km+ day)!
About the « Parc National des Ecrins » restricted area, I flew in the glider exemption coridors.
And about the crossing from the North, from Ubaye to Verdon, I flew above the « Parc National du Mercantour » restricted area, as, thanks to the high top of climb (3700m here), I was higher than 1000m/ground level .
And for the temporary restricted area of the Airbus crash over « la Blanche », once again, the high top of climb (3400m here) allowed me to fly above its ceiling (10.000ft QNH).
